PDF eBooks
On purchasing a PDF eBook(s), you will receive a secure download link(s). You have 30 days to use the link(s) to download the eBook(s) a maximum of 3 times.
Once a PDF has been downloaded, your order can neither be cancelled nor refunded.
In the rare case of a faulty download link, please contact us (customerservice at gcseenglish dot uk) so we can rectify the situation and make sure your PDF is delivered.
Customer Service Hours
Customer service (customerservice at gcseenglish dot uk) is available during standard UK office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. Any communication outside these times will be answered at the opening of the next business day, or earlier if possible.
